Year 5 - Gateshead in Bloom!

This year we are entering the Gateshead in Bloom Children's Painting Competition. In Year 5 we are painting flowers which we see during the summer!
Over the weekend we did some research and brought in lots of different pictures of flowers which we may see during summer. We have been using our sketching skills to sketch four different flowers and use a variety of vibrant colours to colour them. From these sketches, we will decide which one is our favourite and use this for our final painted artwork! We will keep you updated on our progress!
