Short story writing success!

Ks2 recently entered a mini saga writing competition, in which entries had to be no greater than 100 words. The Young Writers competition encouraged pupils to produce an original piece of writing that could be selected for publication in an anthology.  It was fantastic to discover that 55 pupils had written stories of such high quality that they were selected as winners. It was lovely to share their success with the whole school in assembly. Pupils are still in with chance of winning further prizes so here's hoping.
