We are Jack and the Beanstalk Story-tellers

This week we have been doing lots of fun activities around Jack and the Beanstalk!

We have been independently writing letters to the Giant from Jack to say sorry for stealing his hen and harp.


We have enjoyed acting out the story in groups using stick puppets in the small world area, making any extra props that we decided we needed for the story.


We have pegged the pictures in order on our class washing line and then used the 'story chair' to become story-tellers and retell Jack and the Beanstalk.


We played a game with Mrs Curnow to match the correct parts of the sentences for the story and write them on leaves for our role play corner.
